Spray powder on helipad model

This is a scaled-down and reduced helipad model, which is made of aluminum. Now we are spraying powder on the model. Spraying powder not only restores the color of the real helipad, but also forms a layer of spraying powder film on the surface, which can enhance the corrosion resistance and fire resistance of aluminum, which is a key step to complete the model.The safety net can only be obtained by die extrusion and stretching treatment, and there are aging treatment and anodized oxidation treatment between them. Deck is also made by die extrusion, CNC machining to improve accuracy, and finally spliced together to form the ground of helipad. The next video will show the last step of the model.
