Manufacturing technique and production process of safety net

Safety net, guardrail net, high-altitude anti-falling net. Aluminum is one of the main materials to make it. Generally, it is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, which has good formability, weldability and machinability, high strength and easy coating treatment. The whole processing procedure is introduced in the video.

1. The extruded aluminum rod is molded by a die to obtain a profile with ideal hardness.
2. Punching holes with different sizes in the punching workshop.
3. Stretch the profile in a CNC drawing machine to obtain an aluminum grid with uniform size.
4. Aging treatment is carried out to improve the hardness, strength and toughness of the aluminum mesh.
5. Anodizing its surface to further improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum mesh and prolong its service life.
6. Produce all the accessories in the machining center.
7. Assemble all the accessories. This is the processing technology of our safety net.
