CNC machining of continuous geared hinge

The video shows us the process of CNC grooving with continuous gear hinges. Firstly, the continuous gear hinge is fixed on the computer numerical control machine tool, and then programmed in the computer. After machining, you can see the process of continuous gear hinge being cut by the blade. After the program is completed, use a high-pressure blower to blow off most of the cutting fluid on the surface of the continuous gear hinge, then take it off the machine tool and put it in clean water for cleaning. Finally, wipe off the water mark on the surface to complete this processing procedure.
